We are a local property management company that specializes in renting both commercial and residential properties. We have been operating in the Louisville, KY area for over 50 years and have established a reputation for well-maintained properties and excellent customer service. 

We manage a large inventory of homes, apartments and commercial property, mostly in the Louisville area with a few homes in Southern Indiana. Our rental inventory changes constantly so if you don’t see something that will fit your needs, let us know what you need and we can notify you when houses become available for rent.

How To See Our Rental Properties
It is easy to see our rental properties!  Simply complete the pre-screening process first!
  • 1. Go to the Vacancy tab.
  • 2. Click on the property you are interested in seeing.
  • 3. Fill out the Contact Us form.
  • 4. Check your email for the pre-screening form.
  • 5. Fill the pre-screening form out.
  • 6. Someone from the office will reach out to you!
