VACANCIES

Basic requirements to rent any of our homes:

Welcome! Please feel free to enquire about any property listed on this page. If an application is pending, it will be noted in the listing.  Any properties with a pending application will not be shown again unless the applicant is not approved. Feel free to fill out the pre-screening form and I will notify you if the property becomes available to tour again.

This page is updated whenever a new property becomes available to rent or a property that was listed has been rented.  We would be happy to show you a property, however we do have a pre-screening process that you must follow before you can see any proeprty.  Directions for how to pre-screen are listed below.

We follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and will show our properties to anyone who meets or exceeds our pre-screening criteria.
